| House LJ2 is a ground up residential project in the flats of Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. This narrow urban lot maximizes interior living spaces with a continuous floor plate on the first floor opening to a covered patio and pool deck. This indoor outdoor experience defies the small size of the lot focusing on the interlacing of spces from first to second floor and the greenery seen through and within each space to create depth. Modern details in the custom wood balcony railings and wood floating stair and minimal finishes create a clean canvas for the clients extensive collection of furniture and collectibles.
